Medieval Food
Serfs and peasants had enough food but was mono nutritious. Nobles often had elaborate feasts with many courses that included some of the most expensive food at the time. They ate to there fill and usually had left overs that they feed to the livestock.
They may have had a lot of food but they still did not have proper eating utensils they usually had to share a cup and use only there knives. They ate: Corn, bread, goose, boar, deer, pig, pudding, and soup. Most of the peasants ate as a family but the Nobles ate in feasts with others.
